Condo Sales are Up

Condo sales increased 61% from last month to 50 units, YTD is up 7% to 265 for the year, DOM is better by 12% to only 67 days, and active listings are down 18% to 346.  This should help stabilize the price, which is down 19% from $129,900 to $105K.
